Orders once placed can be cancelled within 24 hours. After that, if the shipping or energization process has started, cancellations may not be accepted.
Please refer to our Return Policy on the product page. Generally, damaged items can be returned within 7 days. Personalized or energized items are non-refundable unless defective.
